James is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer. His property experience also extends to projects that have seen him lease, buy, sell, renovate, develop and manage investment portfolios. James is keen to assist others in the real estate market by sharing his knowledge, skills and expertise to help them to achieve their goals.

Having grown up in Melbourne, James knows auctions are very much part of the real estate landscape. The strong South East Queensland market has motivated James’ interest to see auctions become the number one method of sale in Qld. He is very excited about the prospect of helping vendors achieve the highest possible price for their properties.   

James has an extensive history of helping clients achieve their goals. Prior to entering real estate he was the director of two fitness and yoga studios. James understands hard work and perseverance in business and in life. He is a competitive triathlete and has a strong connection to community. Since moving to the coast he has run fitness classes for adults and children at the Burleigh Market.

 

James has strong interpersonal and communication skills and has a passion for travel and languages. His relationships with his clients are founded on respect, understanding and trust and he prides himself on excellence.
