Depending on the prospective buyer's schedule and location

the first meeting can be arranged in person or via phone. The first contact is simply to determine the prospective buyer’s objectives (including current situation, goals and timeframe) and provide an outline of the buyer advocate service.

Once independent representation has been established a property consultation takes place. The buyers agent then commences the property search this include a database search, off market listings and active looking. A shortlist list of properties is then submitted and under the direction of the buyer the buying process commences and extends to contract, building and pest reports/inspections and conveyancing.
